How do I balance my stabilizer?

We include a detailed set up and operation manual with every stabilizer.  For extra help we have instructional videos available via YouTube.

What are your shipping times? Cost?

All domestic and international orders will be shipped USPS Priority or Fed ex.  Shipping times rage from 3 to 7 business days for domestic and 7 to 14 days internationally depending on your countries customs.

The site will automatically determine shipping cost during checkout.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters is located in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Will my camera work on this model stabilizer?

All stabilizer models have camera weight requirements stated in the ad description. Example: SYL 3000 Camera stabilizer holds between 1-3 lbs cameras.  If your camera is within this range it will work.

What is your return policy?

We accept all returns within 30 days of purchase.

Do you offer any warranty?

We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all manufactures defects.
